A 6x3 container with a premium cassette facade and three shopfront windows. The cladding covers whole walls, the two sides and the front, rather than single posts or parapets, so the body is finished completely on the sides that are seen and the divisions do not break it into fragments. The glazing is three fixed PVC shopfront windows 100 x 210 cm and a glazed aluminium door 110 x 210 cm, more than the minimum but still with solid wall to spare inside. It is the middle ground between the premium variants with two windows, where only the exterior counts, and the heavily glazed models, where the display of the interior does the work.
This is the arrangement for a building that has to look the part and at the same time have room inside for a back-of-house area, not only for the part visible through the glass. The floor area is 18 m², and the envelope is the sandwich panel with a 100 mm polyurethane core that is unchanged across the range. We lay out the interior to the configuration you choose before production starts, so the choice of model does not settle the position of the partitions or the services.
