A 9x3 container built around a full facade treatment rather than around glazing. The usable area is 27 m², with no division imposed inside. The front opens through a glazed aluminium door 110 x 210 cm, next to it stands a single fixed PVC shopfront window 100 x 210 cm, and that is where the glazed part of the envelope ends. The whole difference sits in the finish: standard plus+ slats cover four side posts and three runs of top parapet, so the timber-look field runs the full height of the corners and crowns the roof on both sides.
From a distance the building reads as a building, not as a module put up for a while. Because there is little glass, the walls stay practically untouched and will take heavy fittings without working around windows. The carrier is a steel frame, and the walls are closed by sandwich panel with 100 mm polyurethane. We settle the position of partitions, sockets and lighting before production, beyond what the card shows.
