How we work

Three ways to build - one result

01

Standard

We build the container complete in our factory, then transport it and set it down finished on your site. Typical sizes: 6 × 3 m, 8 × 4 m, 12 × 3 m.

02

Modular

The building is made in our factory as several finished modules, which we transport and join together on site. Typical sizes: 6 × 6 m (2 × 6 × 3 m), 8 × 8 m (2 × 8 × 4 m).

03

On-site assembly

We build the whole thing from scratch on your site - the answer for larger buildings or locations that are hard to reach. Typical sizes: 6 × 4 m, 10 × 7 m, 15 × 5 m.

Good to know

What's worth knowing about our containers

Made to order, not off a shelf

Our containers are built from sandwich panel: a rigid insulated core between two steel skins. That gives you a building which holds its temperature, stands up to weather, and can still be drawn around a specific brief. You can buy one of the models shown on this site, or give us a use and a footprint and we will design to them. Internal partitions, doors, shopfronts, windows, shutters, air conditioning, a bathroom with WC - all of these are choices rather than things we assume, so you pay for what the container actually has to do. Because everything is made in our own factory, changes get settled before production starts instead of being negotiated on site.

An office you own, and can move

An office container costs less than a masonry building, but ownership is the argument that matters more to most of our customers. The building is yours: no rent review, no lease to exit. If the business moves - to another yard, another site, another town - the office goes on a lorry and moves with it. Inside it behaves like any other office, because insulation, heating, power, lighting and network cabling are installed in the factory, so the space is ready to work in the day it is set down. Low fixed cost plus the freedom to relocate is why containers like these now stand on construction sites, industrial estates, car parks and private plots alike.

Retail and catering that opens in the same season

For retail and food service the binding constraint is usually time. A masonry unit takes a building season; ours takes weeks, and most of that happens in the factory while the site is being prepared. A retail container arrives with its shopfront, sales floor lighting and back of house already fitted. A catering container arrives with a kitchen, ventilation and water and waste connections finished to the standard a sanitary inspection will look for. Because the same design can be repeated exactly, small chains use them to open several identical outlets without redrawing anything. What is left to you is the fit-out that carries your brand.

Delivery across Poland and Europe

We build in Radom, in central Poland, and deliver on our own vehicles with crane offload, in Poland and across Europe. On an export order, tell us the destination early: the distance and the access at the far end decide whether the standard route - a complete container on one lorry - the modular route, or full on-site assembly makes sense. Prices on this site are net, in euro, and cover the building itself; transport and offload are quoted per destination. Send us the use, the size and the location, and we will come back with a price and a realistic delivery date.
