Office container manufacturer

An office container ready to work in from day one

A sandwich panel office container gives you working space where extending the building is out of reach of the schedule. Heating, ventilation, power and data points are installed before dispatch, so once it is unloaded you bring in the desks and start work.

When it works

When an office container is the right answer

The team outgrew the office

An office next to the production hall

A meeting room away from the hall

An office for the length of a contract

A branch in a new location

What you get

Good to know

What to know about office containers

What goes into an office container

The shell is a steel frame clad in sandwich panel, insulated to work through a Central European winter. Inside, the fit-out is what makes it an office rather than a shed: sockets and data points where the desks go, lighting to working levels, heating and ventilation sized for the number of people, and partitions if the space has to be more than one room.

Air conditioning, a washroom with a WC and a kitchenette are specified at configuration and installed in the factory, not retrofitted on site.

Sizes and layouts

A 6 × 3 m unit takes two to four workstations comfortably. 8 × 4 m gives room for a small open plan with a separate office. Beyond that, modules are joined into one building, side by side or on two storeys, so a site office for a whole management team is the same product at a larger scale.

  • Single unit: typically 6 × 3 m or 8 × 4 m.
  • Two modules joined: 6 × 6 m, 8 × 8 m.
  • Built on site where access or size rules out delivery in one piece.

Why companies choose one over an extension

An extension needs a design, permissions and a building team on site for months. An office container is quoted at a fixed price, produced in the factory while your site carries on working, and delivered finished on a date agreed in advance.

It is also reversible. When the project ends or the site changes, the building goes with you rather than being written off.
