Washroom facilities
A sanitary container with WCs, washbasins and a shower
A sanitary container is the permanent answer where a portable toilet stops being enough. The plumbing, the ventilation and the sanitaryware are installed at the factory, and heating means the building can be used through winter. In the repeatable 6 × 3 or 8 × 3 m size the same building is ordered as a sanitary unit. With a changing area alongside, see changing room containers.

Good to know
What to know about sanitary containers
A washroom rather than a chemical toilet
Portable toilets work for a few weeks and a few people. Past that, they cost more in servicing than they save, and they offer nowhere to wash properly. A sanitary container has mains or tank-fed water, real drainage, mechanical ventilation and heating, so it stays usable in January and takes daily cleaning without falling apart.
What you specify
- Number of WC cubicles, washbasins, urinals and showers.
- Separate male and female zones with their own entrances.
- Water supply: mains connection or an internal tank.
- Water heater, heating and the extract ventilation.
Connections on site
The building arrives with everything internal already done; what remains is the connection to water, drainage and power. Where mains drainage is not available, the unit can work with a holding tank. We deliver on our own transport and set the building down with a lorry-mounted crane, so no separate lifting contractor is needed.
