A 6x3 container combining a balcony shopfront window with a classic fixed one. The glazing is a balcony PVC shopfront window 200 x 210 cm with a movable post, which opens across its full width, and a fixed PVC shopfront window 100 x 210 cm - one opening pane, one fixed. You come in through a glazed aluminium door 110 x 210 cm, so unlike the model with a steel door, light comes in from the entrance side as well. The opening pane changes how the building is used: in summer the front opens across its whole width, out of season it stays tightly closed.
The movable post disappears when it is open, so the opening is not cut in half. The facade goes a level above the basic versions: standard plus+ slats with four side posts and three top parapets clad a much larger part of the body. The floor area is 18 m², and the envelope is sandwich panel with a 100 mm polyurethane core. The opening balcony window takes up a good part of one wall, so we set the fit-out out in a way that does not block it; we agree that before production.
