Plot and garden
A container delivered and set down on your plot the same day
A container for a garden plot arrives finished, and our own lorry-mounted crane lifts it off and places it where you want it. You do not arrange a crane, you do not bring in a team, and you do not start by pouring foundations for a masonry building. In the standard 6 × 3 or 8 × 3 m size the same building is often ordered as a plot unit. If it has to stay within the permitted development threshold, see containers up to 35 m².

Good to know
What to know about containers for garden plots
Delivered finished, not built on site
A masonry garden building means foundations, deliveries of materials, a team on the plot for weeks and a mess to clear afterwards. A container arrives complete on a lorry, is craned into position and is usable the same day. What you prepare beforehand is a level base and an access route wide enough for the vehicle - we send the exact requirements before transport.
Summer use or all year
- Seasonal: lighter insulation, adequate for spring to autumn.
- Year-round: thicker core, insulated joinery and heating.
- Optional bathroom with a WC, and a kitchenette.
- Timber, slatted or coloured cladding to suit the garden.
Permissions
Rules on what can stand on a plot without a full building permission differ by country and often by locality. We build to the dimensions you give us; checking what your own planning rules allow before ordering stays with you. Where the footprint threshold matters, the smaller residential models are the usual starting point.
