Services
A service container laid out around how you serve customers
A salon does not look like a workshop, and a drop-off point does not look like a consulting room. So the internal layout, the services and the position of the stations are agreed before production, and the building arrives already divided the way it has to work. For a simpler trade a 6 × 3 or 8 × 3 m service unit is enough - the same construction, a shorter lead time and a price known from the start.

Good to know
What to know about service containers
One construction, many trades
A service container is the general case of which a salon, a workshop and a service desk are particular versions. The shell and the way it is built are identical; what changes is where the water goes, how the space is divided and how much of the front is glazed. That is why the specification conversation starts with what happens inside rather than with a catalogue number.
Decided before production
- Number of working stations and the services routed to each.
- Waiting area or reception separated from the working area.
- Back of house: storage, staff space, a WC.
- Front elevation: glazed shopfront, a serving window, or a solid wall.
Where it beats renting a unit
Rented premises come with a location you did not choose, a layout you have to work around and a cost that never stops. A service container puts the building on ground you control, laid out for your trade, at a one-off price. If the location turns out to be wrong, the building moves.
