Sandwich panel storage containers

Lockable storage space without a building project

When the hall runs out of room, a sandwich panel storage container gives you the extra square metres in weeks rather than quarters. The building is weathertight, lockable, and can be moved when the site layout changes. For a smaller need the same building is ordered as a storage unit in the repeatable 6 × 3 or 8 × 3 m size.

When it works

When a storage container is the right answer

No space left in the hall

Seasonal growth in stock

Tool storage beside production

A spare parts store

Materials stored on site

Document archive away from the office

A stockroom beside the shop

A buffer before a sales peak

Packaging and pallet storage

What you get

What comes with the building

Weathertight and dry

A steel frame clad in sandwich panel, without the bridges that let damp in.

An opening sized for the goods

Wide double doors or a sectional door, depending on what you drive inside.

Insulation matched to the contents

The core thickness follows whether you store anything sensitive to temperature.

It can be relocated

The building can be loaded and set down elsewhere when the site changes.

Models

Storage container models

The floor area, the height and the access follow what you put inside and what you move it with.

Working with us, step by step

Every project follows one ordered process

Clearly defined stages mean you know from the start how the project runs and what to expect at each step.
1

Consultation and needs analysis

A conversation to establish what the building is for and the scope of the planned investment.

2

Configuration and design

Technical solutions and fit-out chosen around the planned activity, followed by a final quotation.

3

Production

The building is made under controlled factory conditions to the agreed specification.

4

Transport and unloading

Delivery on our own transport with crane unloading, and the building prepared for use.

Good to know

What to know about storage containers

Dry storage, not a shipping container

A shipping container is cheap and it sweats. Sandwich panel has an insulating core between two steel skins, so the inside surface does not sit at outside temperature and condensation does not form on it. That is the difference between somewhere you can keep cardboard, electronics or documents and somewhere you can only keep steel.

Access and layout

  • Wide double doors, a sectional door, or a personnel door alongside.
  • Floor built for the loads you actually put on it.
  • Lighting and power points, with heating where the contents need it.
  • Racking-friendly clear internal dimensions rather than a fixed module.

Faster than extending, and reversible

Extending a hall means a design, permissions and a contractor on site while production carries on around them. A storage container is produced off site, delivered on a lorry with a crane and set down on prepared ground. When the layout changes or the peak passes, it is moved rather than demolished.
